Recipe for making mango pudding!

- Condensed milk - 1 cup
- Sugar- as per taste (I give half cup)
- Mango - 2
- Eggs - 2
The whole process of making Mango Pudding
- First cut the mango into small pieces. Heat the milk to thicken and cool.
- Blend well with mango, sugar, milk and eggs in a blender jug.
- The mixture will be fairly thick and runny. If too thick, add liquid milk.
- Now pour the pudding mixture in a steel tiffin box.
- Boil water in a large saucepan. Now set it on a stand pan and place the steel tiffin box on it.
- Close the lid of the bowl well and make sure that water does not get inside.
- Put the stove on medium heat, wait for 15-20 minutes and check whether the pudding has set or not.
- Turn off the stove when the pudding is set. Then cool to room temperature.
If you want, you can set the mango pudding well by keeping it in the fridge. Once set, carefully invert the pudding from the tiffin box onto a plate. Now cut into pieces with a knife and serve.
