  • Noodles- 2 packets
  • Chicken meat 200 grams
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetables of choice - in quantity
  • Crushed garlic- 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1/2 cup yellow capsicum flakes
  • Red capsicum flakes 1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder- 1 teaspoon round
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium potato
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Butter- 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – in moderation
  • Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Wester sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Corn flower 1 spoon

How to make chicken chow mein noodles?

First, the noodles should be boiled and drained. There should be no water. Add a little oil on top and shake it a little. Then the noodles will not stick to the skin.

I got the chicken breast here. Cut into small pieces. Now add soy sauce, red chili powder, corn flour, lemon juice and salt and knead it well and leave it for 30 minutes.

In this way, everything has been crushed. Potatoes must be boiled.

Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan, crack two eggs and fry them like this. Do not fold too much or it will become stiff. I will not like to eat.

Add 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic and after stirring for a while, add chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, potato and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and keep it in a bowl.

Add oil to the pan and stir the meat for 4-5 minutes. Now add fried onion, capsicum, carrot, potato and green chillies.

Mix everything well and stir with tomato ketchup and Western sauce. Soy sauce should not be given here while marinating the meat. Keep the flame on medium flame.

Once all the batter is done, stir in the noodles and the fried egg so that everything is mixed well. After burning for 5 minutes, it should be taken down.
